Event Producers

For companies or organizations that host one or more competitive events in the U.S. and have All Star Cheer and/or Dance Divisions. Event Producer members will host events that meet the USASF Sanctioning Standards, and may promote events as "USASF Sanctioned Events." Event Producer membership is offered at different Tiers (1 through 4). Membership fee varies by Tier.

  • When event producers conduct USASF Sanctioned Events, they assure the programs, coaches, athletes and parents in attendance that their events comply with the sport's best safety practices.
  • Contribute to the safety, integrity and growth of All Star through committees, online forum (The Connection),  and attendance at the National Convention

MEMBERSHIP TIERS

Tier 1: For event producers that that want to benefit as a member of the USASF, hold USASF Sanctioned Events.  Tier 1 event producers designate one of their major competitions as their "national championship" for purposes of awarding bids to The Cheerleading Worlds.  Tier 1 event producers may also award bids to The Dance Worlds and participate in the USASF Worlds Cup Race.  EPs must go through an approval process to qualify as a Tier 1 EP.



Tier 2: For event producers that that want to benefit as a member of the USASF, hold USASF Sanctioned Events.  Tier 1 event producers designate one of their major competitions as their "national championship" for purposes of awarding bids to The Dance Worlds. EPs must go through an approval process to qualify as a Tier 2 EP.



Tier 3: For event producers that want to benefit as a member of the USASF, hold USASF Sanctioned Events.  Tier 3 event producers may apply to participate in the USASF Worlds Cup Race.



Tier 4: For organizations that produce "one" competition a year and want to benefit as a member of the USASF, hold a USASF Sanctioned Event.  This includes USASF Program Members who host a competition as a fundraiser.

BENEFITS
  • May promote events as USASF Sanctioned.
  • Will be recognized in ads, promotions and or editorials placed by the USASF to promote sanctioned events.
  • Company is listed and linked on the USASF web site.
  • Excess insurance coverage should an eligible, qualifying USASF member athlete be injured while training for, warming up at or performing at a USASF sanctioned event.
  • Eligible for the USASF member event producer insurance program.
  • Access to all current USASF Cheer and Dance Rules, including the digital library.
  • Access to the listing of all approved Certified Legality Officials Judges.
  • Eligible to be elected to the USASF National Advisory Board and or serve on other USASF Committees.
  • Attend annual USASF National Meeting
REQUIREMENTS
  • Event producers must provide minimum safety standards outlined in the USASF Sanctioning Standards.
  • Accept the terms and conditions of membership and comply with the Professional Responsibility Code.
  • Complete a USASF Event Producer Member Application that includes the agreement with: 1) the mission of the USASF, 2) following/enforcing the USASF Cheer and Dance Safety Rule and Age Grids at all events, 3) following USASF Sanctioning Standards at all USASF Sanctioned events, 4) conducting business in a way that will support and further the mission of the USASF and 5) the terms and conditions of the USASF Company Member Agreement.
  • Send at least one representative to one of the USASF Rules Interpretation and Legality Official Training courses annually.
  • Send a company representative to the annual event producer meeting held in conjunction with the USASF National Meeting
FEES, MEMBERSHIP TERMS & ACTIVATION OF BENEFITS
  • Annual Membership fee varies by Tier
  • Membership is valid for one competitive season
  • Membership term begins May 1st and ends on April 30th
  • Membership is activated once the membership fee has been paid to the USASF
  • Eligibility and the associated membership benefits begin once the membership is activated
  • Eligibility and access to benefits are not retroactive
  • Membership Fees, once paid to the USASF, are NON-refundable and NON-transferable.
