Required for all athletes competing or performing for a US based All Star Cheer or Dance Program, including athletes on Novice, Prep Teams, Show or Exhibition Teams (including Parent Teams).
For U.S. based companies or organizations from which one or more team attends USASF Sanctioned events. All Star Clubs will have at least one owner/coach and 4 or more athletes associated to their Club profile.
For companies or organizations that host one or more competitive events in the U.S. and have All Star Cheer and/or Dance Divisions. Event Producer members will host events that meet the USASF Sanctioning Standards, and may promote events as "USASF Sanctioned Events." Event Producer membership is offered at different Tiers (1 through 4).
The USASF trains and certifies Legality Officials for All Star Cheer and All Star Dance on an annual basis. Certification term is based on each annual All Star season. Typically the season begins in the fall and extends through the spring, with most training courses taking place over the summer months at conferences and the USASF National Convention.
